Passenger Benefit Fund
Following the disruption faced by passengers in 2018, the Secretary of State for Transport announced that GTR would contribute £15m towards a passenger benefit fund which would be used to provide "tangible improvements for passengers" at certain stations. We understand that £80k has been allocated to Horley Station as one of the worst affected stations by the disruptions.
