Co-option of new councilllor
Richard Biggs was co-opted as a member of Horley Town Council following a vote at the Full Council meeting of 16 June 2015. Cllr Biggs will represent the Horley North Ward.
Richard moved to Horley in 2011 and lives in Furze Close with his wife, Jane. Richard was previously a member of the Hove Round Table and a member of the National Council as well as Chairman of the National Sporting Weekend in 2005. He is a LED lighting consultant working with companies to source products from both the UK and the Far East. He travels regularly to China and Hong Kong.
A keen golfer, Richard enjoys all sport. He will represent the council on the Finance and Planning Committees.
