An Open Public Meeting

Is to be held at

Oakwood School, Balcombe Road, Horley RH6  9AE
on Friday, 18 July 2014, at 7.30 pm
 
(** please note change of venue **)
 
Where the pros and cons of a second runway will be discussed
Everybody is welcome!
 
The format of the meeting will be:

Welcome & introductions by the Chairman of the Meetng, Mike George

Presentations will be made from each of our guest speakers who will give a 10 min overview of their respective organisations position on a proposed 2nd runway.:

  • Alastair McDermid - Airports Commission Director for Gatwick
  • Peter Barclay – Gatwick Area Conservation Campaign (GACC)
  • Paul Roe - Gatwick Diamond Business

There will then be an opportunity for the public to give their views on 5 main topics:

  • Transport
  • Housing
  • Employment
  • Noise/Environment
  • Community Facilities

This will followed by a Q & A session

The meeting will finish by 9.45 pm
