It's Horley Carnival tomorrow!
Reigate & Banstead Borough Council will re-open Central Car Park from 10am to 5.45pm to allow carnival visitors to park - normal parking charges will apply.
It will then close again for the refurbishment works to continue. The car park will re-open by end of Friday 21 June 2024.
