With the countdown to Christmas underway, it’s time to get out and immerse yourself in all the fun festivities that are just a bus ride away.
Whether that's visiting Santa in his grotto, ice skating, shopping for gifts or enjoying a pantomime, we want to make your festive season even more special by giving your kids free travel when accompanied by a fare paying adult*, every weekend in the lead up to Christmas.
We know that driving into town for those special Christmas moments can be stressful, unpredictable and costly. Christmas is already an expensive time of year, but even more so this year with the increase in energy bills and the cost of living.
So, here's a little something from us to help with that. Let us ease the strain this year and hop on a bus with your family over the festive period. You can travel with up to three children or busID holders when accompanied by a fare paying adult. What's more, you'll be doing your bit for the environment too.

Nick Hill, Commercial Director at Metrobus said: “We know that it can be difficult to juggle everything over the festive period, from Christmas shopping to visiting family, which is why we’re pleased to offer a little extra help to local residents this December.”
