Nominations for Town Awards
Members of the public are invited to submit nominations for the prestigious Town Award. The award is traditionally presented to worthy individuals for their outstanding service to the town of Horley. A person may be nominated by any member of the public, for example for voluntary work, or for a particular service to the community, or for an exceptional selfless act of bravery etc beyond the call of duty.
Nominations will be considered by the Awards Sub-Committee of Horley Town Council. Any worthy recipient(s) may be presented with the award later this year. Closing date for the nominations will be Friday 25 May 2007. It should be noted that any nomination must be regarded as strictly confidential at this stage.
