Annual Report 2003/04
Horley Town Council issued its first ever Annual Report on 21 April 2004. It provides an insight into the council’s business and activities over the past municipal year.
The report incorporates all the statutory committee reports made by the Town Council’s committee chairmen. These were presented at the Annual Town Meeting on 20 April 2004. A variety of information and statistics are available including information about our Town Awards winners, financial statistics and even an analysis of attendances by councillors at meetings.
Copies of the report are available from the Council Offices, the Help Shop and the Library.
