Recreation Ground
Horley has again been the target of mindless criminal damage in our recreation parks. Much of the fencing surrounding the children's playground in the A23 Recreation Ground has been systematically destroyed. Initial estimates to repair and replace the fencing amount to £5,000. Horley Town Council is liaising closely with Surrey Police. The total cost of vandalism in the past 18 months amounts to £17,000.
