Welcome to Bake Me A Cake.  I am Trudy Gillard, professional cake maker, decorator, sugarcrafter judge with over 30 years of experience.  I am professionally trained with City & Guilds qualifications.  Since 1981 when I started baking, I have managed to successfuly to create hundreds of cakes to very happy customers.

In order to create the prefect cake for you, I work closely with you to tailor make and individually handcraft each cake.  The end product should not only be great to look at, but taste equally as great as what the cake looks.

Harry Batten Cakes offer online ordering and free delivery across all of mid Sussex.

Relax with a coffee and a snack of your choice to eat inside, outside or takeaway. We also carry out outside catering and shall be happy to provide you with our separate menu upon request or meet your specific requirements if not on the menu.
